Del Webb Breaks Ground on New Rockwall-Area Development

PulteGroup officially broke ground on Del Webb Sonoma Verde, marking the brand's first community on the east side of the Metroplex. Located in McClendon-Chisholm in the Rockwall area, the new master-planned community is designed for adults 55 and older. The groundbreaking ceremony featured a ceremonial turning of the dirt and remarks from PulteGroup Division President Scott Bryson. Other PulteGroup attendees included Gary Davis, VP Construction; Regina Pinnell, VP Sales; Tricia Carillo, VP Finance; Marc Zett, VP Land Development; and Sonoma Verde developer partners, Taylor-Davis Interests, LLC.
